Meditation

Explore how meditation can change your mind

The origins of meditation are found in India and could date back 5,000 years. This mental and physical practice prevents involuntary “automatic” thoughts from controlling the mind.

Transcending its religious and spiritual origins, meditation has become a common practice for
improving health and well-being. Its influence extends from a secular approach to stress
management to its incorporation into clinical and therapeutic intervention.

Different meditation techniques

In our workshops and retreats we will use different techniques such as:

  • Guided meditation: through the voice, we will take a journey into our interior.
  • Mindfulness meditation: based on being aware of reality and the present.
  • Mantra meditation: consists of repeating a calming word or phrase to avoid unwanted thoughts.
  • Silent meditation: we will develop within ourselves what we call “Witness Consciousness”, a dimension that allows us to be aware in an even-tempered and non-judgmental way of the contents of our mind (thoughts, memories, etc.).

The benefits of meditation

Regular practice helps to develop self-awareness and focus on the present, reduce negative thoughts, control stress, lower heart rate and resting blood pressure, sleep better, be more creative, patient and resilient in life.

We invite you to experience meditation in a serene and relaxing environment.
Our meditation workshops and retreats are designed to offer you an escape from daily stress, allowing you to immerse yourself in the practice and discover a more balanced and joyful version of yourself.
