About
ZamSara Your Retreat” was born with the aim of creating experiences working on the body and mind, accompanied by the energy of the a community, and the connections that are created by experiencing workshops together.
ZamSara is the retreat to experience transformation and evolution through different sensory practices.

How did ZamSara come about?
ZamSara was born to accompany others in the expansion of consciousness through self-knowledge, self-inquiry, and self-development.
ZamSara, Your Retreat… focuses on creating experiences that work holistically with the body, mind, and emotions to find the long-sought balance.
We will be enriched by the energy of the group and the connections formed through these shared experiences in community.
Meaning of ZamSara
Zamsara, Your Retreat, is inspired by the word in Sanskrit “Samsara” which means to be reborn, to flow, to let go of what prevents us from living in fullness to be born to a more conscious life embracing what we like, and what we don’t like.
We will focus on finding the solution to our conflicts and overcoming the obstacles of our daily life.
“The most beautiful task of people is to turn our sufferings into pearls.”
Hildegard of Bingen
Mission

Quiet your mind and embark on a transformative inner journey.

Reconnect with yourself.

Harmonize your relationships with others, transforming them into healthy and conscious connections.

We focus on creating spaces of calm and serenity from which you can begin this path toward fulfillment and well-being.
Vision
During the retreats, you’ll be able to gift yourself moments to enjoy the outdoors, walk in silence, listen to yourself, pause, and from there, move forward. Spaces will be created for sharing your experiences in a group setting, where you’ll feel heard and understood.
You’ll have the opportunity to practice yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation, and enjoy the immersive sound of Tibetan bowls and the gong, as well as receive
therapeutic massages. You’ll discover the pleasure of mindful eating while savoring delicious, healthy recipes that nourish you inside and out.

Who is it for?
For all those who long to grow and develop, to experience a transformation within themselves, and to explore the origins of their conflicts so that, little by little, they may dissolve.
At ZamSara, Your Retreat, you’ll find a warm welcome and support to help you release those heavy burdens we’ve accumulated throughout our lives that have distanced us from our true essence.
Rossana Encina Stenvers
Founder
Her passion for nutrition and mindful eating began over two years ago due to personal circumstances, a delicate health diagnosis. This diagnosis marked the start of a great adventure and personal learning journey that has now led her to want to help others, drawing from her experience and vocation.
Those who know her understand how deeply she lives this (sometimes she can go on a bit about it), but as she says, if she was able to recover from that situation and reverse the illness, why not guide others in finding the tools they need to introduce healthy changes into their lives and heal themselves?
During these last two years, she has taken courses related to hormones, as well as courses on nutrition focused on the immune system, perimenopause, menopause, and anti-aging. She is currently studying Nutritional Coaching and Sports Nutrition at Deusto Salud and is completing a Master’s in Biococina, Conscious Eating, Applied Nutrition and Creativity at Aula Bicocina “El
Sentido del Gusto” by Vanessa Losada.

Mónica Sánchez Iniesta
Founder
After experiencing a profound process of transformation, she received the great gift of being able to accompany other people in their processes of development and self-inquiry and to begin together that journey back home, to caress the soul and gradually reach a state of calm and serenity.
She feels happy and grateful to be able to increasingly unite her professional work with her life purpose and to share with other people the processes of transformation, development and expansion of consciousness.
In 2009 there was a turning point in her life that led her to fully immerse herself in a work of selfcare and personal growth. Due to personal circumstances, she lived for two years in Mexico City and there she began to delve into a work of self-knowledge, taking different training courses focused on personal development and self-awareness. It was there that she also entered the exciting world of Chi Kung and Tao, although her path took her in another direction. Back in Spain, she continued training in different energy and personal development techniques.
Continuous learning is her great passion. She always finds something that sparks her curiosity and she delves deeper into it. She considers it very important to always have a teacher from whom she can learn and be enriched by their wisdom. “Those who think they know everything are missing out on the pleasure of learning new things.”
For several years she has been accompanying other people on the path of self-knowledge and evolution through meditation, sound baths, breathing and other energy therapies based on foot reflexology and metamorphic massage.
She has various certifications such as Reiki Therapist, Re-birth Massage Facilitator, Meditation Instructor, Transpersonal Therapist, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Emotional Release Massage Facilitator, Integration Breathing Facilitator and Sound Therapy Facilitator.
Siri Fridén
Yoga Teacher
“Mi mission with yoga is to awaken the consciousness and essence in each student, and to create a space of calmness, well-being and creativity in community.”
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) 200hr
Yin Yoga TT 50hr
In times of change and uncertainty, Siri discovered yoga as her best tool to find calm, strength and inner connection. Yoga made her reconnect with herself and her intuition, and discover her true essence.
Originally from Oslo, Norway, nature has always been very important to her. She aims to incorporate different natural elements into her classes, as well as adapting them according to the different seasons of the year.
She has a certification in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (YTT 200hr) and Yin Yoga (50hr), approved by the International Yoga Alliance, at the Zentro Urban Yoga in Madrid in 2021, with mentors such as Sarah Florance, Lorena Coutiño, Candida Vivalda and Carolina Drake. Additionally, she has continued to educate herself through workshops and courses in Ayurveda, human design, meditation, coaching, selfdevelopment and nutrition.
Her mission is to create a space of calmness, well-being and creativity – in community -, using yoga to awaken the consciousness and essence of each student. Through different yoga postures, the intention is to create thematic sequences, unlocking blocked emotions and tensions to reach a state of peace.
“Silence the mind, and the soul will speak.”
